Lindsey Hammond

SVP, Global Talent at KLDiscovery

Ms. Hammond joined KLDiscovery in 2017 as a Senior HR Business Partner in Eden Prairie, Minnesota where she was responsible for strategic HR programs and processes related to performance, talent management, development, and employee relations, while advising leaders and consulting with people across the organization to empower high-performing teams. During her tenure at KLD, Ms. Hammond has been promoted into multiple leadership positions within the HR team and has been integral in transforming the HR team to the employee experience-centered Talent Team it is today.

Ms. Hammond is now Senior Vice President of Global Talent and leads the HR function groups of Talent Partnership, Talent Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience. In this role, she focuses on creating a culture of high-performance while keeping employee wellbeing at the forefront, inspiring people to be their best at work, and aligning people practices that drive the organization to success. Under Ms. Hammond’s leadership, the KLD Talent Team continues to build a reputation of strong collaboration and partnership across all levels of the organization. The team’s focus on meaningful work experience, organizational development, talent management, coaching, inclusion & diversity, global wellness programs, talent sourcing & recruiting, and practical, intentional HR operations has bought tremendous value to the organization.

Graduating from Gustavus Adolphus College with degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2003, Ms. Hammond went on to earn a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business. Ms. Hammond brings 20 years of diverse experience from various HR role across multiple industries. Ms. Hammond holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications and is a member of the SHRM Executive Network.
