Patty Stanek, SHRM-SCP, has over 30 years of work experience in various HR roles. Patty currently serves as the Sr. Director of Global Talent Operations at KLDiscovery, where they lead a team in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Patty'sresponsibilities include managing benefits and wellness programs, overseeing HRIS, and developing HR reporting and analytics. Prior to their current role, Patty held positions at KrolLDiscovery, Tastefully Simple, Corporate Risk Holdings, LLC, Kroll Ontrack, Wells Fargo Payroll Services, MCI, and Verizon Business. Overall, Patty has a strong background in talent operations, HR analytics, compliance, and data management.

Patty Stanek, SHRM-SCP, holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. Patty also earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Metro State University. In addition, Patty obtained their SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in March 2020.
