Rich Haver

Rich Haver began their career in 2005 as a Disaster Housing Inspector for Parsons Brinckerhoff in the USA (now WSP USA). In 2006, they joined Calixas Yacht Company as an Assistant Project Manager, where they served as the Owner's Representative living aboard and managing the day-to-day operations of the 105 ft. debut vessel built by Calixas. Rich purchased materials, hired, coordinated and managed marine contractors through completion of commissioning vessel. In 2009, they joined Klean Kanteen as Sourcing Manager & Project Manager, where they managed all assigned suppliers and contracts and effectively worked with suppliers to negotiate optimal terms for contracts and costing. Rich also partnered and supported vendors to decrease inventory burden throughout the Supply Chain. Rich then moved on to become Supply Chain Communications Manager & Key Accounts Project Manager, where they executed the development, supplier qualification and approval of new sources, and analyzed, planned, coordinated and executed NPD initiatives through liaison with suppliers. Rich then became Supplier Communication & Project Coordinator, where they analyzed, planned, coordinated and executed NPD initiatives through liaison with suppliers, and coordinated and led cross-departmental teams related to product and supplier qualification initiatives. Finally, they became International Sales Manager, where they strategized and generated international channel growth from $1.5 million to $8 million in 4 years, and managed all aspects of business and communication with international distributors. Rich then became Domestic Account Sales Manager, where they provided sales support and customer service to domestic wholesale accounts, collaborated with outside sales rep groups to grow and support territories, and managed domestic distributors and other key accounts as assigned.

Rich Haver obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Geography from Humboldt State University in 2000. In 1999, they participated in a Cultural Exchange Program at Northwest University in Xian, Shaanxi Province, China. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences from Butte College in 1996.
