Amy Newbury has held a variety of roles in the past decade, beginning with a Production Assistant at Fred & Eric in 2013. Also in 2019, they worked as an Account Manager, Customer Success Lead, and Operations + Growth Consultant at Jelly. Most recently, they are a Customer Success Manager at Kleene, a position they have held since 2022.

Amy Newbury attended Heckmondwike Grammar School, West Yorkshire from 2002 to 2007. Amy then attended Greenhead College from 2007 to 2009, where they studied English Literature, French, Business and Theatre. Finally, they attended Queen Mary University of London from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature (British and Commonwealth).
