Sarah Herman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in counsel roles at various law firms. Currently serving as Of Counsel at Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP since August 2020, Sarah specializes in advising clients on investment fund formation, joint ventures, and tax considerations for real estate investments and M&A activities. Prior to this, Sarah held associate positions at FEINGOLD & ALPERT, LLP, Naulty Scaricamazza & McDevitt, and Blank Rome LLP.
