Emad Tochaei

Emad Tochaei is an experienced structural engineer with a background in seismic engineering and structural health monitoring. With a Ph.D. in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago, Emad has worked on various projects including the Manhattan Bridge in New York City and the Olympic Boulevard Bridge in Illinois. Emad has also been involved in seismic rehabilitation projects in Iran and has experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Currently, Emad is a member of the seismic subcommittee at NCSEA and works as an Associate III at Klein & Hoffman.
