Tammy Cummings

Tammy Cummings has extensive experience in education and human resources, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at Klein Independent School District since September 2012. In this role, Tammy develops and directs a comprehensive employee wellness program while fostering partnerships with business entities to enhance program support. Prior to this position, Tammy held various teaching roles, including 6th grade Social Studies Teacher at Klein ISD and teaching 5th and 6th-grade Social Studies and English/Language Arts at Pineywoods Community Academy. Tammy began a teaching career as a Middle School Teacher at Nacogdoches Independent School District from August 2007 to July 2009. Tammy earned a Bachelor's of Education degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University between 2004 and 2006.
