Anne Betting

Anne Betting is a seasoned professional in Agile coaching and systemic counseling, currently serving as the Head of Agile Coaching at Kleinanzeigen since January 2025. Previously, Anne held positions at Adevinta as Team Lead Agile Coaching, and at Kleinanzeigen and Ratepay as a Senior Agile Coach. Alongside extensive coaching experience, Anne was also a Systemic Coach/Counselor for several years, supporting individuals through personal and career challenges. Anne's diverse background includes roles in education as a lecturer at Alice Salomon Hochschule Berlin and project manager at Freie Universität Berlin, showcasing a strong emphasis on intercultural learning and development. As a co-founder and managing director of Future Gallery, Anne contributed significantly to the contemporary art scene. Anne holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Arts and Media Management from Freie Universität Berlin and certification as a Systemic Consultant.
