Ava Hegedus

Ava Hegedus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace management and culture development. Currently serving as a Senior Workplace Experience Manager at Kleinanzeigen since November 2025, Ava previously held the role of Head of Workplace and Culture + Internal Communications at Uberall from February 2021 to October 2025, focusing on enhancing global employee experiences.
