Carsten Haustein

Carsten Haustein has extensive work experience in software engineering and development. Carsten is currently working as the Team Lead Software Engineering at Kleinanzeigen since 2019. Before that, they worked at Visual Meta GmbH where they held various roles including Senior Backend Engineer/Team Lead from 2017-2018, Senior Backend Developer from 2015-2017, and Software Developer from 2011-2015. Prior to that, Carsten worked as a Software Developer at Research In Motion from 2009-2011 and at TVWorks from 2006-2009.

Carsten Haustein earned a Dipl.-Informatiker (M.Sc. equivalent) degree in Computer Science from the University of Potsdam. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in January 2011 and as a Sun Certified Java Programmer, Java SE 6 from Sun Microsystems, Inc. in December 2008.
