Gülçin Per, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Gülçin is currently working as a Manager of Strategic Projects at Kleinanzeigen since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at pmX Group, where they held multiple roles such as Trainer for Communication & storytelling for consultants, IT Process Optimization PMO in the automotive industry, and Strategy Manager for IT sourcing, contracts, and supplier management in the automotive industry from 2019 to 2022. Gülçin also worked on various project management roles in IT for the automotive industry, including Rebranding IT PMO, IT Carve-out PMO, and IT Carve-out PMO.

Before joining pmX Group, Gülçin worked as a Content Strategist at TIIME, where they created an online resource hub for sustainability and impact from April 2019 to November 2019. Gülçin also worked as a Strategy Consultant at Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V., where they led the strategic reorientation of the project "Girls for Girls" from March 2019 to June 2019.

Gülçin has also completed an MBA Dissertation Research Project on sustainable management models and business strategies in Germany during their time at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from October 2016 to February 2017. Gülçin gained industry experience as an MBA Intern at Covestro, where they developed and implemented a sustainable procurement strategy from August 2016 to September 2016.

Earlier in their career, Gülçin founded and managed Armon Event Operations, a company involved in company start-up formation, management, and business development from May 2009 to February 2013. Gülçin also worked as a Sales Manager at Durak Kodlama Markalama Ltd, where they developed and implemented a new sales strategy from March 2008 to May 2009.

Gülçin has a global perspective, having completed a relocation in the UK from December 2006 to February 2008. Gülçin began their career as a Marketing and Communication Specialist at Poligon Interactive, where they focused on digital marketing and project management from August 2004 to December 2006.

Gülçin Per holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which they obtained from Marmara University in 2004. In 2015 to 2017, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU). Additionally, they obtained a Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in April 2020. Gülçin also has various certifications in project management, including PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner, PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner, and Basis Certificate Project Management (GPM). Moreover, they hold a SAP Certified Business Associate with SAP ERP 6.0 from the University of Duisburg-Essen/SAP AG, specializing in Integrated Business Processes with SAP ERP (TERP10). Gülçin's educational pursuits also include a Level 5 Diploma in Blockchain and Digital Transformation from Blockchain International Training in 2018 and a Climate Change Mitigation in Developing Countries certificate from Coursera in 2019.
