Bill Golightly, PE, Env. SP is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in environmental and civil engineering. Previously, Bill held positions including Vice President of Industrial Market Manager and Senior Principal Engineer at Kleinfelder, where responsibilities encompassed strategic market development and growth of engineering practices in various sectors. Earlier career roles include Principal Engineer at Hargis + Associates, Inc. and Business Unit Manager at AMEC, focusing on project management and operational leadership. Bill Golightly holds a Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from East Carolina University.
