Bryan Nelson

Bryan Nelson, M.Sc, is an experienced biologist specializing in fish and wildlife management, currently serving as a Field Coordinator/Lead Biologist at Kleinfelder since June 2022, where responsibilities include conducting biological resource assessments on solar projects in California. Prior experience includes roles as a Wildlife Biologist at Tetra Tech, managing biological surveys and monitoring during the Dixie Fire recovery project, and a Biological Science Technician with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where Mr. Nelson oversaw a juvenile fish facility aimed at enhancing salmonid survival. With a solid foundation in fisheries science and environmental compliance, Mr. Nelson has contributed to various organizations in multiple capacities, enhancing the management and conservation of aquatic species. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Environment and Management from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology from The Evergreen State College, further complemented by an associate's degree in General Studies.
