Colin Silla

Colin Silla, PE PMP, serves as Vice President and GTS Area Manager at Kleinfelder since November 2022, overseeing the multi-disciplinary Gas Transmission Systems (GTS) Area for the West Division, which includes a team of 300 professionals delivering engineering and project management services across North America. Prior to this role, Colin held various positions at Gas Transmission Systems, Inc., culminating as Chief Of Staff / Director of Operations Shared Services, where responsibilities included managing a 160-employee organization and ensuring corporate operations success. Additional roles included Southeast District Manager, where direct supervision of project management teams and engineering designs was essential, and previous engineering positions focused on pipeline design and project execution. Colin also has a strong educational background, with an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and two master's degrees in Engineering and Management of Technology from UC Berkeley.
