Kirk Fraser has extensive experience in the geotechnical field, having served as Vice-President at Geotechnical Services, Inc. from 2003 to 2006, followed by a significant tenure at Kleinfelder from March 2006 to June 2020 as a Senior Program Manager and Senior Associate. Currently, Kirk is a program manager for the Transportation Division in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, overseeing major projects including a client project valued at over 7 billion dollars. Prior to this, Kirk held the position of Principal at Terracon from 1992 to 2003. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Tulane University and studies in Hydrogeology at Kansas State University.
