Mark W. Connelly

Mark W. Connelly is the Northern California & Pacific Manager at Kleinfelder, responsible for a multi-disciplinary team of 350 professionals across 11 offices since September 2013. Prior to this role, Connelly served as Vice President and Area Manager, as well as Senior Program Manager at AECOM, where responsibilities included leading water resources initiatives for state and federal agencies. Connelly also held the position of Engineering Services Manager and Floodplain Administrator for San Joaquin County Public Works, and previously served as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for over 22 years. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Management from Troy University and a Bachelor's degree in Management, Computers, and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
