Thomas Sipe, PE, is an accomplished Environmental Senior Professional and Project Manager at Kleinfelder, with extensive experience managing diverse projects related to aggregate mining, concrete manufacturing, corrugated box manufacturing, and oil and gas. Since December 2013, Thomas has been the primary client contact and has developed a strong expertise in preparing air permit applications and conducting air dispersion modeling.
