Ashley is an experienced human resources professional with a demonstrated history of working across various service industries. Ashley is skilled in staff retention, management, organizational development, recruiting, and benefits administration. As a member of the Corporate Services HR Team, Ashley’s area of responsibility entails overseeing the Total Rewards program that includes benefits, compensation, and bonuses. She also works closely with firm managers and leads the day to day management of the HR function, HR projects, and staff.
Ashley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts in Business, and a concentration in Marketing. Ashley is an active member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
