Anand Patel

Anand Patel is an experienced Training and Inclusion Manager currently at SG Kleinwort Hambros since July 2023. Previously, Anand served as an L&D Consultant at Ghana International Bank, where responsibilities included the development of learning and development policies for the Banks 166 Remediation programme. At PwC, Anand was the Global Assurance Learning Design Manager, leading the design and delivery of learning solutions for audit practice. Additional experience includes positions as a Training Design Specialist at the Financial Conduct Authority, where financial training was developed for the Customer Contact Centre, and as a Learning and Development Consultant with the City of London Corporation, managing L&D activities aligned with corporate strategies. Anand's career also includes a role as an Implementation Manager at Cognizant, focusing on behavioural and technical training across the UK and CE. Anand holds a BA (Hons) in Humanities, with a focus on Economics and Sociology, from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
