Peter Lucas

Peter Lucas is a seasoned database architect and IT consultant with extensive experience in the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Analyst Database Architect at Kleinwort Hambros since August 2018, Peter has previously held roles including Principal Business IT Consultant at Next Generation IT, where software development and consultancy in SQL and ETL were key responsibilities. As Information Systems Manager at Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management from December 1996 to January 2016, Peter was responsible for the development and maintenance of various internal systems, including trade settlement processes and payment automation. Additionally, experience as a Software Trainer at iTex and a teaching role at Brock University focused on the education of Biological Sciences undergraduates further enhance Peter's diverse skill set. Peter holds a Master of Science in Freshwater Ecology and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Brock University and the University of Plymouth, respectively.
