Julien Clauzet

Julien Clauzet is a seasoned investment professional with extensive experience in real estate and finance. As the Investment Director at KLEPIERRE since March 2016, Julien has led significant acquisitions such as O'Parinor in Paris and RomaEst in Rome, while also managing market intelligence and negotiating shareholder agreements. Previous roles at KLEPIERRE included Investment Manager, Asset Manager & Investment Officer, and Real Estate Analyst, where Julien executed acquisitions across multiple countries and managed a large retail portfolio. Prior to KLEPIERRE, Julien interned at EY as an Auditor and at Cartier as a Business Developer. Julien holds a Master of Science in Management, specializing in Corporate Finance, from NEOMA Business School, along with degrees in Business Law from the University of Strasbourg and Université de Franche-Comté.
