Thomas AQUIZERATE has extensive experience in asset management and commercial operations within the retail real estate sector. Currently serving as CSR Director for France & Belgium and overseeing New Business and Services at KLEPIERRE since January 2016, Thomas supervises Asset Management teams across 16 European countries, focusing on leasing and development operations. Prior roles include Country Manager at Steen & Strøm in Sweden and Asset Manager for Scandinavia at KLEPIERRE, where responsibilities encompassed managing extensive shopping center portfolios. Thomas also held leadership positions at SEGECE INDIA Pvt Ltd and SEGECE HELLAS A.E., where management and operational oversight were key focuses. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Immobilier from ESSEC Business School and a Master of Engineering from ESTP.
