Pim van der Aa has an extensive career in management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Regiomanager Zuid-Oost at BMN Nederland since December 2015. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager Sales & Operations West a.i. and Procesmanager Zuid en West Nederland at Raab Karcher, where Pim also served as Formulemanager Bouwshop and Sales support project medewerker. In addition, Pim co-founded and co-owns KLEPS, collaborating on various aspects of the business from design to marketing. Early career experience includes working at VBH Works in renovation and demolition techniques from 2005 to 2015. Pim's academic background includes a Pre-master in Business Administration from Radboud University, where studies spanned from 2008 to 2015.

KLEPS

KLEPS was founded in December 2013 by Pim and Erik. The idea of starting a brand, focused on snapback caps, arose during their 5-month trip through the United States. Their goal? Bring U.S. snapback cap culture to Europe. While in the U.S., they visited 28 out of 50 States, traveled through multiple major cities, such as: New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Atlantic City, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, San Francisco, Austin and Miami. Every State and every city gave them a unique look into American daily life, enabling them to grasp the American Dream. Next, the beautiful vast landscapes, unspoilt nature and wild animals motivated Pim and Erik to chase their own version of the American Dream. Tramping across the most beautiful places in national parks such as the Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Sequoia, the Everglades and the Key Islands.
