Erica Jonas

Erica Jonas has extensive experience in talent acquisition and people engagement, currently serving as Manager of People Engagement and Systems at Klick since August 2018. Previously, Erica held multiple roles, including Operations Senior Analyst and Talent Acquisition Partner at Klick. At Eyereturn, from May 2016 to July 2018, Erica was Head of Talent, leading talent initiatives and collaborating with Co-CEOs on recruitment and HR policies. Erica's experience also includes a contract as a Recruitment Consultant at Checkout 51, a Campus Recruiter at Accenture, a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Points, and a Recruiter and Human Resources Project Coordinator at Brainhunter. Erica holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Guelph.
