Ashley Clark has worked in a variety of roles in the customer experience field since 2004. Ashley began their career as a Sales & Stock Associate and Sales Associate for Gap Inc./Banana Republic. In 2009, they became the Director of G.R.A.C.E Afterschool Programming and Program Coordinator of G.R.A.C.E. Afterschool Programming for the Grand Isle Supervisory Union. In 2010, they took on the roles of Faculty Senate Director of Operations and Faculty Senate Office Support Specialist at the University of Vermont. In 2015, they became the Client Success Manager for Social Sentinel, Inc. and in 2016 they took on the roles of Strategic Partnerships Director, Higher Education & Special Projects and Assistant Director of Client Success & Senior Research Technologist for Social Sentinel, Inc. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Happiness and Customer Happiness Manager for Volusion. In 2020, they became the Vice President of Customer Engagement and Director of Client Success for Tiger Pistol. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the SVP of Customer Experience for KlickTrack.
Ashley Clark obtained a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Vermont between 2010 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Environmental Science from the same university between 2003 and 2007.
