Cortney Conklin started their career as a Social Worker Intern at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in 2017. Cortney then moved on to work as a Temporary Receptionist at various companies before graduating from Elmira College with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology. Cortney has since held administrative roles at SVPGlobal, MTS Health Partners, XPO Logistics, Silver Point Capital, and currently at Kline Hill Partners LP.

Kline Hill purchases limited partnership interests in buyout and venture funds and has the flexibility to evaluate and acquire stakes in energy, real estate, and other private funds as well. The firm also acquires direct company interests on a secondary basis.
