Kalina Alexieva Scott is a Swiss citizen, born in 1974. She is a seasoned professional with 25 years of extensive finance experience, ranging from operational finance to mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. Since 2019, Ms. Scott has been Chief Financial Officer of the dragon, a Switzerland-based provider of communications, computing, and control technology for regulated critical applications in the railway and medical electronics markets with approximately 600 employees worldwide. Before that, she was Chief Financial Officer of Polyphor, a biotech company listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, since 2017. Ms. Scott comes from investment banking, where she began her career at UBS in 1997, focusing on structured finance and credit risk management, followed by senior positions in investment banking at UBS in Zurich and London, where she covered leveraged finance and mergers & acquisitions. From 2006 to 2008, Ms. Scott worked as Director of Corporate Finance at KPMG Zurich, followed by a position as Managing Director at Bank am Bellevue.
