Prof. Dr. Michael Hilb, born in 1977, is a Swiss citizen and has been a member of the Board of Directors of KLINGELNBERG AG since 2018. Prof. Dr. Hilb is the founder and CEO of DBP Holding AG and is a member of the Board of Directors of Sigvaris Holding AG, the Board Foundation, and the Foundation for Value Creation. From 2010 to 2018 he worked at DKSH, most recently as Vice President, Group Strategy and Digital Business. Before that, he worked as a project manager at Roland Berger from 2005 to 2010 and at Holcim Commerce from 2001 to 2003. Prof. Dr. Hilb is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Friborg in Switzerland. He holds a Ph.D. and an MSc in Management from the University of St. Gallen. He was a visiting fellow at Harvard University and INSEAD and completed executive education programs at various business schools.

Klingelnberg AG is a Switzerland-based mechanical engineering company. The Company develops and manufactures machine tools to produce gears and gear components made to customers' orders. It has four business divisions. Oerlikon Bevel Gear Technology develops tool adjusting and measuring devices, bevel gear cutting, grinding, lapping and testing machines, tools for spiral and internal gearings, clamping devices for series production and more, as well as software solutions supporting bevel gear design and optimization. Hoefler Cylindrical Gear Technology offers cylindrical gear cutting and grinding machines, machine software and after sales services, such as additional options and milling tools. Klingelnberg Precision Measuring Centers cover quality management of drive elements to assure axially symmetrical objects. Klingelnberg Drive Technology manufactures gear sets in the Company's plants in Germany and Hungary. The Company has sales offices in Europe, Asia and the Americas.
