Lesego Mokgothu

Lesego Mokgothu has a range of work experience in project management and technical roles. Lesego started their career at Amazon as a Technical Account Manager from July 2016 to July 2017. They then joined Vumatel as a Technical Support Specialist from September 2018 to June 2019. Lesego further worked at Triple Eight as a Junior Project Manager from June 2019 to September 2020. In 2018, Lesego co-founded Machine Kind and held the role of Co-Founder since November 2018. Lesego also worked at Workshop Orange as a Digital Project Manager from June 2021 to the present. Currently, Lesego is employed at Klingit as a Web Development Project Manager starting from May 2023.

Lesego Mokgothu attended Potchefstroom Highschool for Girls from 2008 to 2012. Lesego then pursued a Bachelor of Social Science degree in Organisational Psychology and Sociology at the University of Cape Town from 2013 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Lesego has obtained various certifications. In 2023, they became an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner through IBM. In 2022, they earned a certification in SEO Foundations from LinkedIn and completed a course in Digital Product Management - Modern Fundamentals at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Lesego also obtained a certification in Agile Scrum Management Completion from Udemy in 2022.

In 2021, Lesego completed an introductory course in Web Development at the University of California, Davis. In 2020, they acquired several certifications related to User Experience (UX) Design, including "Become a User Experience Designer," "Building and Maintaining Your UX Design Portfolio," "Illustrator for UX Design," "Photoshop for UX Design," "Sketch for UX Design," "UX Design: 4 Ideation," "UX Design: 5 Creating Scenarios and Storyboards," "UX Design: 6 Paper Prototyping," "UX Design: 7 Implementation Planning," "Planning a Career in User Experience," "UX Design: 1 Overview," "UX Design: 2 Analyzing User Data," "UX Design: 3 Creating Personas," "UX Foundations: Multidevice Design," and "UX Foundations: Prototyping."
