Parker was responsible for managing the Sprout team, overseeing the heads of marketing and operations, as well as other members. Parker also worked to establish new locations and expand Sprout's reach through Ottawa and beyond.

In January 2019, Parker became the Program Manager for eHub at the University of Ottawa. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the operations of the eHub, as well as coordinating events and programs.

Parker Selman's educational career has been focused in the field of management information systems and analytics. They have a Bachelor of Commerce from the Telfer School of Management at the University of Ottawa, and their focus has been in management information systems and analytics.
