Carl Repp is the Founder and CEO of BrilliantShift, a company specializing in deep data analytics, software development, and project leadership, serving both public and private sector clients since January 2001. Currently, Carl holds positions as a Board Member at KLIR Sky, Ltd. and Co-Owner of DandeLyon Love Yoga. Previous roles include Chief of Staff at Rebuilt, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President at ChatterHigh, and various leadership positions in other notable firms such as QuizAware Inc. and SureSwift Capital. With a diverse educational background, including a Master's Degree from Michigan State University and multiple Bachelor's Degrees from The University of British Columbia, Carl combines expertise in coaching, education, and technology to drive strategic initiatives and organizational growth.
