Ray Flower

Ray Flower is a seasoned professional in the field of aeronautical engineering and education, currently serving as the Head of Technical College at KLM UK Engineering Limited since March 2017. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Military Technological College in Oman, where Ray designed and delivered aerospace programs, and at Qatar Aeronautical College, managing EASA Part 147 training. Ray also held significant positions at Kingston University, overseeing aviation programs and accreditation processes. With a robust background in training management during an extensive career in the Royal Air Force, Ray holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Aircraft Engineering from Kingston University.
