Jeff Garrett

Jeff Garrett is currently the CEO and Partner at KLMR Homes since January 2020. Prior to that, Jeff was the CEO and Principal at Garrett-Walker Homes from March 2012 to January 2020, which was eventually sold to Landsea Homes. Before joining Garrett-Walker Homes, Jeff was the CEO and Principal at Boulder Properties from June 2007 to March 2012, focusing on residential construction. Jeff also served as the Vice President of Construction at DR Horton Dietz Crane Division from October 1996 to June 2007. Jeff holds a degree in Marketing & Management from The University of Texas at Austin, graduating in 1990.
