Bhakti Mahidharia

Bhakti Mahidharia is an experienced tax and treasury professional with a strong background in international tax strategy. Currently serving as the Head of Tax and Treasury at Klöckner Pentaplast since September 2024, Bhakti previously held similar roles at QIMA and Flo Health Inc., demonstrating a consistent focus on tax leadership. Prior experience includes significant positions at Travelport, where responsibilities evolved from Head of Tax to Vice President of International Tax, along with a tenure at Doughty Hanson as a Real Estate Tax and Structure expert, and an earlier role at Deloitte LLP specializing in Real Estate Tax. Bhakti's educational foundation was established at UCL.
