Group Director Finance Transformation at Klöckner Pentaplast

Ingo Kerstgens has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position was as the Group Director Finance Transformation at Klöckner Pentaplast, where they were responsible for developing strategic projects to improve efficiency in the finance organization. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Global Shared Services, leading the implementation of a shared service center in Porto and managing the legal entity there. In earlier roles at Klöckner Pentaplast, they were the Group Director of Shared Services and the Manager of Shared Services & Cash Management Europe.

Before joining Klöckner Pentaplast, Ingo worked at Dynamit Nobel Gmbh Explosivstoff- Und Systemtechnik, where they had various roles including Financial Analyst, Controller, and Trainee in the Junior Management Program. Ingo also worked at Dynamit Nobel Kunststoff GmbH as an Accountant.

Ingo began their career with an apprenticeship at Dynamit Nobel Gmbh Explosivstoff- Und Systemtechnik. Ingo holds a wealth of experience in finance, shared services, and transformation projects.

Ingo Kerstgens obtained a degree in Europäische Unternehmensführung from Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln between 1998 and 2002, graduating with a Dipl.-Kaufmann (FH) degree.
