Lilia Pedroso

Lilia Pedroso has extensive work experience in the plastics industry, specializing in sales and business management roles. Lilia worked at Klöckner Pentaplast from 2003 to the present. Lilia'smost recent role was as Sales Director, leading the sales team for South and Middle America and overseeing the sales of plastic films for various markets. This included managing relationships with corporate accounts and global brand owners. Prior to that, they held the positions of Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager, where they were responsible for sales in South and Central America and managing distribution channels. Before joining Klöckner Pentaplast, Lilia Pedroso worked at Plastwal Indústria de Plásticos from 1988 to 2002 as an R&D Manager, where they developed plastic films for various industries and managed strategic relationships with key customers.

Lilia Pedroso completed their MBA in Executive, General Management at Insper from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they graduated in Chemistry from Oswaldo Cruz between 1983 and 1987. Lilia completed their high school education at Arquidiocesano from 1975 to 1982.
