Manuela Koehler has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Since 2016, they have been working at Klöckner Pentaplast, where they currently hold the position of VP HR Pharma, Health and Durables. Manuela started their career at Dupont in 2003 as a Compensation Specialist for EMEA. Prior to that, they worked at Towers Watson as an Associate from 2001 to 2002.

Manuela Koehler attended the University of Mannheim from 1995 to 2001, where they obtained a diploma in BWL (Business Administration). Additionally, they have obtained a certification in "Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development" from Emeritus and a certification in "Global Remuneration Professional (GRP)" from World at Work.
