Miranda Shope has over two decades of experience in various leadership roles in operations and management. Miranda recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Klöckner Pentaplast. Prior to that, they held the same position at ChemTreat and Avid Solutions. Earlier in their career, Miranda worked at Rockwell Automation, where they were the Director of Global Operations and managed a team of over 600 employees. Miranda also held roles at AbitibiBowater, Honeywell Process Solutions, and Honeywell-Measurex, where they gained expertise in quality management systems, technical assistance, and sales and marketing.

Miranda Shope earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pulp and Paper Engineering from North Carolina State University from 1995 to 2000. Miranda later pursued a Master's in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University from 2002 to 2004.
