Markus Zickwolf

Markus Zickwolf has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Markus currently works as a Business Process Manager at kloeckner.i GmbH. Prior to this, they were a Process Designer at Nexplore Technology GmbH, where they conducted detailed analyses of current business processes and developed requirements for software product development. Markus also participated in process design activities to simplify and digitize future processes.

Markus has also worked at ista International GmbH, where they held multiple roles including Business Consultant, Junior Business Consultant, Junior Strategic Process Manager, and Trainee Operations Management. In these positions, they gained experience in strategic process management, business consulting, and operations management.

Markus Zickwolf completed their education in a chronological manner. Markus began their academic journey at Melanchthon-Gymnasium-Bretten from 2002 to 2011, where they obtained their Abitur with a focus on English, Mathematics, German, and Sports. Following this, they enrolled at Karlshochschule International University from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business. During their time at Karlshochschule International University, Markus also participated in an Erasmus Semester at Newman University Birmingham, further expanding their knowledge in International Business.

Continuing their pursuit of higher education, from 2017 to 2020, Markus attended FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in General Management.

In addition to their formal education, Markus has acquired various certifications. These include "Access 2013 - User" and "Access 2013 - data base I" from Bechtle AG, earned in November 2015. Markus also completed the course "Process Mining: Data science in action" offered by Coursera in September 2022. Furthermore, Markus holds the certification of "Prozessmanager" from ibo Beratung und Training GmbH, although the month and year of obtaining this certification are not specified.
