Esra Sezer

Esra SEZER is a seasoned CRM and Marketing Expert currently serving as a Product Owner at Kloia since May 2018, where responsibilities include the preparation and management of an internal handbook for onboarding, social media management, workflow setup, and CRM operations. Prior to this role, Esra worked as a Project Manager on a DevOps Maturity assessment application, contributing to self-assessment reports that facilitate organizational improvement. Esra's early experience includes an internship in Quality Assurance and Business Analysis with Jenkins Cloud. Additionally, Esra is actively involved in the DevOps Underground Meetup and previously contributed to the DevOps Turkey Meetup, focusing on speaker organization and social media management. Esra holds an Associate's degree in Child Development from Atatürk Üniversitesi, a Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Giresun Üniversitesi, and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Ömer Halisdemir University.
