Julia Adibah Mohd Fizal has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as Team Manager for Customer Experience at Klook since October 2022, where roles also include mentoring customer experience specialists. Prior to this, Julia worked at Agoda as a Customer Experience Specialist and held positions at Commerce.Asia as a Customer Service Executive and ManpowerGroup Malaysia as a Trainee. Additionally, Julia has experience as a Campus Ambassador for International MUN and completed an internship at TIRAM TRAVEL SDN BHD. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Tourism Management from Universiti Teknologi MARA, along with a Diploma in Tourism Management earned at the same institution.
