Helmi Husaini Rusmidi

Helmi Husaini Rusmidi currently serves as Team Manager for Customer Experience at Klook since July 2022, previously holding roles as Specialist and Mentor in the same department. Prior experience includes a position at Shopee as CBCS Seller Support from January to July 2022 and active involvement in the Student Representative Council at Universiti Teknologi MARA during the 2016/2017, 2018/2019, and 2019/2020 sessions. Helmi participated in a fellowship program under the Ministry of Health Putrajaya in 2019, aimed at developing youth leaders. Additionally, engagement as Duta Universiti Zon Utara with the Ministry of Higher Education involved community programs to bridge socioeconomic gaps. Helmi is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Science at Universiti Teknologi MARA, expected to complete in October 2024, following a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences.
