Currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategy Planning & Operations at Klook, Yolanda drives commercial and service level performance for global travel product verticals. Previous roles include Head of Operations at Flash Coffee, overseeing the operations of a rapidly growing specialty coffee chain across multiple Asia Pacific countries, and Head of Taiwan & Account Manager at AsiaYo, where Yolanda led the sales team and developed B2B sales strategies that significantly increased market share. Yolanda also has experience as a start-up owner at RMT Studio, with a focus on business growth and innovation.
