Michael Case

Michael Case has a strong background in retail management, with their most recent position being Director of Operations at Kloss Furniture since November 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Kloss Furniture, including Director Customer Care, Retail Store Manager, and Customer Relationship Management Manager. Before joining Kloss Furniture, Michael worked at Walmart as an Assistant Store Manager for almost a decade, where they were responsible for overseeing associates, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Michael Case attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 2004 to 2007, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus in Business Administration and Management.
