Emma Heying

Emma Heying has worked in the talent acquisition field since 2015. Emma began their career as a Recruitment & Leadership Consultant for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc. from 2015 to 2016. Emma then moved to Trunk Club, where they held the roles of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sales & Corporate from 2016 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Tempus Labs, Inc. as a Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition and Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - Operations, Legal, Marketing, External Affairs, Finance, and Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition - Sales, Business Development, Operations, Customer Success. In 2022, they will become the Director of Talent Acquisition at Attain.

Emma Heying obtained a B.A. in Journalism & Mass Communications and Entrepreneurial Business from the University of Iowa. Additionally, they have obtained a Strategic Human Resources certification from LinkedIn in December 2022, and an Entrepreneurial Business certification from The University of Iowa.
