Karla Bautista

Karla Bautista has held multiple roles in various companies since 2009. Karla began their career as a Customer Service Advisor at PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. in 2009. In 2014, they joined Grubhub as a Restaurant Care and Care Specialist. In 2015, they became a Senior Support Lead at PerkSpot. In 2019, they were appointed as the Director of CX at Attain and the Customer Solutions at HomeX.

Karla Bautista holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communication, General from DePaul University, which they earned between 2014 and 2020. Karla also holds an Associate of Arts - AA in Communication and Media Studies from Santa Monica College, which they earned between 2007 and 2011.
