Gautam Ganapathy has a long and successful career in IT. Gautam began their career in 1999 as a Consultant at Infogain Corporation. In 2000, they joined NetApp as a Senior IT Manager, Web Services, Integration, Tools, Identity Management. Gautam was promoted to Senior IT Manager - Customer Support in 2002 and received the NetApp Global Services Champion Award in 2006. In 2012, they were promoted to Director - Enterprise Service Management & Tools, where they established and expanded the IT Service Management and Business Management practice at a Fortune 500 hi-tech company on the ServiceNow platform. Gautam also consolidated tools and eliminated redundancies resulting in hard dollar savings. In 2018, they joined Kloves Inc. as VP - Operations and was later promoted to Sr Director - Operations.
Gautam Ganapathy has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in the field of Systems and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Ispat College, Rourkela in Accounting and Finance. Gautam also holds ITIL and Scrum Scaled Agile Framework certifications.
