Franciska Perger

Franciska Perger has a work experience spanning several years in various companies. Franciska started their career as a Statistician at Medstat Research in 1996 and worked there until 1998. Franciska then moved on to Nordea, where they worked as an Actuary from 1998 to 2006. In 2003, they briefly worked at Nordea Markets as an Actuary. Franciska joined KLP in 2006, initially as an Actuary and later as the Head of Actuarial Function for KLP and KLP Group. Franciska also held the position of Acting Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at KLP in 2019 and 2022. Additionally, from 2016 to 2017, they served as the Actuarial Function and CRO for KLP Skadeforsikring AS. In 2021, they joined Krafthuset AS as a Board Member, a position they held until 2022.

Franciska Perger began their education at Lillestrøm videregående skole from 1986 to 1989. Franciska then attended Trondheim Økonomiske Høyskole from 1989 to 1991, where they obtained a degree in Økonomi og administrasjon called Høyskolekandidat. Furthermore, they pursued their higher education at the University of Oslo (UiO) from 1991 to 1996, earning a degree in Actuary.
