Martin began their career at Norsk Kraft as a financial analyst and later worked at Deloitte as a senior consultant.
Martin Knoph completed their MSc in the Department of Industrial Economics and Technology Management (siv.ing. ind.øk.) at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) from 1996 to 2000. Later in their education, they pursued an MBA in Finance from Cass Business School, attending from 2005 to 2006.
