Carmen Mattes

Carmen Mattes is the Head of Staff Development & Recruiting at KLS Martin Group since July 2018. Previously, Carmen worked as Stabstelle der Personaldirektion at Schwarzwald-Baar Klinikum Villingen-Schwenningen GmbH from September 2016 to June 2018. Carmen holds a Master of Arts degree in BWL Unternehmensführung from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz – Technik, Wirtschaft und Gestaltung, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in BWL Industrie from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
